Leos and printfair.

You know, If anyone ever waits that long to respond to a "watch me bellyflop" e-mail. I give up. I think that's the thing that bothers me about the personals thing, is that many time people just don't respond. I don't do well in a vacuum... fer christsakes, I'm a leo... I do best when showered with attention!

Anyway speaking of attention (How'd you like that segue) I was at the Print fair today.. alll day, and I saw so many wonderful pieces (and a few lame ones) and I got my portfolio exchange, which was fantastic, I got a good response to this piece:

(which eventually ended up with the title "Pirate Radio Kiosk") I got tons of literature (in standard conference style) talking to folks who are passionate about artwork always energizes me... maybe it's a keeping up with the Joneses, but I think's it's like the absolute thirst for entising visual dialog (and verbal dialog about visual dialog) from working artists (not just the folks who asthetibabble)

And I participated in the open Portfolio sessions... and golly... 100 artists per 50 minute session, for 3 hours... is a whole lot of art on the brain... made me all bleary-eyed....makes me want to close my eyes....and since I have to work tomorrow morning, then do buckets more conference... I'll do just that.

It's a good day... or a good technical yesterday. And will be a good day today. Becasue I got good news. it's gonna make me secret-giddy all day tomorrow.
